We never extend the competition draw date, however if tickets are left unsold we reserve the right to offer an alternative cash prize equal to 75% of the ticket sales value. 

Your ticket numbers will be automatically assigned after payment is completed, and will be sent to you via email or available to view in your online account

Draws are help in a live video on Facebook. We use a random number generator to pick the competition winner. Before every draw we will show how it works and test that the number generator is working as expected.

The draw date is shown on each competition entry page, and there is a countdown. However if all entries are sold early then the draw date may be brought forward, so keep an eye on the competition page, or our Facebook page so you can get involved in your competition draw!

If payment fails or is not completed then your order will show as cancelled. You can try and complete payment again within 10 minutes, after that you will need to go back to the entry page and try again from there.

You can enter for free in any competition by sending a postcard by mail to the following address: Just One More Ticket Competitions, 76-80 Meadow Street Weston-Super-Mare BS23 1QN. Your free entry must be received by us before the Competition’s closing date. We can only accept one entry per postcard. Free postal Entries are administered in exactly the same manner as paid Entries made on the website and must include contact details, together with email address, postal address and a telephone number. Registration for an account needs to be made online prior to sending free postal Entries, postal Entries cannot be processed without prior registration to the website. In order for Entries to be processed, all Entrants must add their billing address to their accounts and it must match the address on the free entry postcard.
